This Massive Gated home rests on a 7000sqft lot with 5 lounges that can be used for chilling and playing, entire upstairs now for COUPLES ONLY while lower level is open for singles and group fun, a huge play shower, 4 additional restrooms, massive back yard with heated pool and jacuzzi, full OPEN bar area with sexy bartenders, Sex Swing, Obedience bench, live DJ, Snacks, mixers, & homemade light dinner provided while supplies last! We also will be playing host to a small GB from 8pm to 10pm with Mary Jane for those looking for action from the start! ***Parking***

There is plenty of street parking HOWEVER, due to city rules any car parked on the street at and past 2am will be cited. Those wishing to party without worry of the clock can park at the Walnut Park & Ride @ 20983 La Puente Rd, Walnut, CA 91789, labled "parking lot A" and walk the short block to the event itself. Again, Swingersinsations nor The Mansion will be held responsible if you recieve a tickect for being parked on the street at or after 2am!
